Passionate H.E.A.T. members from all over the state around one campfire will inevitably become a pressure-cooker for the most innovative and creative ideas to come to the surface. These unique ideas are what makes H.E.A.T. so special.
Attendees will all bring unique and useful experiences to the conference. Whether they are new execs, just starting their career as a leader, or a seasoned exec on their way to becoming an Alumni. New and lasting friendships and connections are a welcome result of SUM.
Eight chapters, spread all over Texas can make sharing and learning a tad bit difficult. SUM offers a platform to learn all things H.E.A.T.ed from HQ and sister chapters, all at one time.

Get your whole exec board to come to SUM! This ticket pricing requires a minimum of 6 execs or very passionate members to sign up at the same time (i.e. could be your President, Vice President, Human, Environmental, Animal, and Team directors). H.E.A.T. SUM requires an exec from committee and level to attend from your chapter, might as well save money as a group. Hurry, deadline for group pricing ends May 20th.

Volunteer - Free
Not an exec, but maybe really want to be one eventually? Or just love your execs? Non-exec members can apply to be a volunteer at SUM…for free. You will get a ton of service hours helping our non-profit and get free food for your hard work. Odds are, you won’t be “working” the ENTIRE time: you’ll be able to sit in or participate in the H.E.A.T.ed activities we have planned. Lodging is not included at UCamp for Volunteer tickets. Application based. HQ has a right to deny any application. Deadline for volunteer sign up is Jun 20th.
